Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and distribution of promotional materials at live events

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Campaign Managers to develop marketing strategies

• Act as a front-line representative between customers and our corporate clients

• Train and mentor promotional staff for upcoming campaigns

• Help manage and execute event promotions alongside leadership

• Serve as a brand ambassador, always maintaining a professional and enthusiastic image

• Drive sales through interactive, engaging promotional campaigns in retail settings

Candidate Requirements:

• Location: Must be based in or near Portland, OR and able to commute to the office for daily training

• Communication: Strong English-speaking and interpersonal skills

• Availability: Full-time availability required (Limited summer positions available for students)

• Transportation: Reliable transportation is essential

• Professionalism: Must maintain a fun, outgoing personality while upholding a polished, professional demeanor
