Prime Exposure is looking for a AT&T Enrollment Trainee - Full Time to join our retail marketing team in Portland, OR! This role focuses on engaging with and enrolling new customers into our clients' available wireless services. We are willing to train highly motivated individuals from customer service backgrounds into entry-level management roles. This opening is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with customer service experience looking for a rewarding career change. A minimum associate degree in general studies or relevant experience is required to qualify.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Enrollment Trainee - Full Time:

• Interact directly with customers to provide information and answer inquiries, concerns, and questions about available product offers

• Execute sales presentations with the goal of enrolling new customers or upgrading existing ones

• Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries and complaints

• Communicate effectively with members to ensure their concerns are clearly understood and addressed

• Perform research on billing inquiries and claims to provide excellent service

• Act as a liaison between members and various departments to resolve concerns

• Perform additional duties as assigned
